We had each rack styled to a different theme, this was our beach rack
For this event, we worked with Tamy Studio to create sports leggings with our logo, these are made from dry fit fabric and fit perfectly! We are sold out at the moment, but plan on having more very very soon!
Stefy Lopez designed interactive windows so people could take selfies and have fun! Personally, this was my favorite part about the event!
Each customer left with a coloring page designed by Stefy Lopez, and inspired by the #pdtgirl
Daniella Garcia from Rouge And The Girl, is our amazing stylist and partner! She was the master behind the styling of the racks and the general ambiance!
The great team members that made up Please Don't Tell! Stefy Lopez (the graphic genius behind our logo, and Valerie Lopez one of our magic photographers)
Other amazing think about the event was having my brother Dj, check out his music HERE.
We had our first ever pop up shop during March and It was such an amazing experience! I was so nervous, since it required a lot of work, transporting all the inventory to a place and actually bringing people, but it turned out better than expected!
The weeks before the event I had been browsing for a space and you can call it luck, I came across Carbon Wynwood, a shared office space perfect for creatives! Carbon offers a music studio, desks, gorgeous spaces and even virtual offices. I swear it was a match made in heaven. The space was perfect for my event and people were so happy shopping for ethically made clothes, drinking and listening to our amazing DJ (my brother). The best part about finding the space was that it was in the center of Wynwood, so lots of people came in, shopped and later on went to grab a drink or dinner to the nearby restaurants and bars!
I certainly plan to have more pop-ups these upcoming months. I realized with this event the importance of having that connection with my customers: learning about what they want, having them actually see the amazing quality of the clothes we carry, and get to know them! I also loved the energy of every single one of our local designers that came and shared with our #pdtgals their dreams and their inspiration.
