Our simple returns policy:
Merchandise has to be returned within 10 days of receipt
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with tags
Final sales are not returnable
Designer Pieces are not returnable, but you can exchange them.
Hair accessories, earrings, swimwear, bodysuits and other intimate items can't be returned.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method will require a handling and processing fee $10-$20 depending on your shipping rates, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Print the label, stick it on the package and drop the item at a USPS store.

Store credit cannot be transferred to another person treat store credit like cash.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
