Simply email us at: pleasedonttell@icloud.com and we will send you a label so you can return it by dropping it at any USPS or UPS store (applies only to US orders within 15 days only) We will charge a restocking fee of $10-$20 dollars depending on shipping charges. 

When will your order ship? 
Orders places on Saturday-Wednesday before 5:00pm will be shipped on Wednesdays. Orders places on Wednesday-Friday before 2:30pm will be shipped on Fridays. 

What carrier do you use? 
We use USPS, DHL and UPS. Depending on rates. 

Do you ship international? 
Yes we do. We use USPS First Class Mail. You will receive a customs number which tracks the package until it leaves the United States. We also offer DHL for a discounted rate, if you need your order ASAP. 

How long will it take for my package to arrive? 
If you are inside the U.S, you will receive your package within 5 business days. If you are outside the U.S. expect your package within 20 business days or 3 weeks maximum (USPS) or, 1-2 days if via DHL. However, each country is different and it might take longer in some cases. You can call your local mailing company and track your package with the customs number.

What payment methods does Please Don't Tell Accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal payments, Apple Pay and Amazon payments.

What can I expect when shopping international?

All prices are listed in USD and currency conversion rates vary daily. Please check with your credit card issuer to determine the current exchange rate, as well as any additional fees you may incur for international orders.

Florida Sales Tax

Florida sales tax (7%) will be applied to orders placed in Florida. 

Why I can't check out?

Please make sure the billing address entered on our site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed. If your order still runs into an error during checkout, please consider using a PayPal account to complete your transaction. Also, please note that for each denied attempt to purchase on our site, you may see a corresponding pending transaction on your online bank statement. These pending transactions, however, do not affect your account balance and will be dropped within a few business days. If you are unsure your payment went through, please contact us for billing assistance.
